You opt in. Groovent does not scrape public profiles to pitch you. Connecting Instagram or TikTok, in live mode, uses the official login and the scopes listed on the connect screen.

The caption of a paid post must make the ad obvious. “Ad”, “#ad” or “Advert” needs to appear in the first 100 characters. A platform paid-partnership label on its own is not enough.

You can counter once, up to the brand’s maximum. Offers expire after 72 hours. You can accept only after payouts are enabled. In this demo, payouts are a mock Stripe Connect Express account.

The platform fee, 4% by default, is deducted from the price. VAT on that fee is deducted too when Groovent charges VAT. If you are VAT-registered, your VAT is added to the brand’s payment and passed through to you.
