These are a working draft for the demo, not a solicitor-approved contract. England and Wales law is the intended governing law.
Groovent introduces brands to creators and collects the creator’s price plus a platform fee before work starts. That charge is a protected payment: the creator is paid after the live post passes the ad-label check. Groovent is not a bank.
The default platform fee is 6% of the creator’s price from the brand and 4% from the creator, plus VAT on those fees when Groovent is VAT-registered. Both rates are configurable. The brand’s turnover band is self-declared.
Paid deals only. Gifting, affiliate-only and performance-only briefs are out of scope. One deliverable per deal in this version.
Prohibited categories in the beta include alcohol, gambling, tobacco, vaping, CBD, crypto and prescription products.
